family worship at Fredericks'

Tuesday 12th of February

Waking up with the girls at the Damons. I get a text from Regina, and we’re going there at 2, all of a sudden we’ve got an extra hour. After a slow morning we continue in the same spirit, street witnessing our way down to Diaz Coffee Shop, after breakfast it’s time for lunch, isn’t it? (for those who’ve been here and know the distance between the library(our next door neighbor)  and Diaz’ we’re almost ashamed…Ten minutes later Bianca and Angie enter the café, apparently we’re all very motivated today. We finish and it’s time to get to Regina, we take a taxi for the first time ever in Luderitz. Hanna has a cold that’s coming and going, as usual she thinks she can ignore it and it will go away. But, the energy is not always on the levels it should be so we had to give up walking to built together, it took too long. Enjoyed the study very much! Hanna had an appointment with Litho so we split afterwards.

Maybe the father of the family...
Trine cooked lovely food and we took it to the Fredericks’ house. We wanted to invite them for family-worship, but didn’t want them to walk home after dark, it’s so far. So we invited ourselves over! Gooood company. They have an extra family living in their house, Hanneli doesn’t like them, but we thought that the only one showing himself was cute.
Aunty Hanneli took Mfungo to her heart even though
she already has three boys of her own. Big heart:)

Hanna & Ewald
Digg the chairs and the art.
Aunty Hanneli and Litho
We prepared the Bible reading for Thursday, read in Afrikaans, English and Norwegian. Ewald fell asleep in Trines lap during the reading, snoring loudly, so Trine decided it was bedtime for him.
Massimo & Aunty Hanneli
Afterwards we sang Kingdom Melodies, Ewald still sleeping, though there’s no door to the bedroom, and we were far from quiet. We love our young brothers! They’re so sincere!

Things we didn't know how to:
keep Ewald awake
read afrikaans(still....)

Lessons:
Family-worship with a family is very nice
Doesn't matter what language you read in, the lessons and teachings are the same:)
Singing the Kingdom melodies are really uplifting, once we've started, we don't want to stop
